Caribbean Girl’s Handkerchief Hem Madras Skirt Set

Caribbean Girl’s madras plaid skirt with a handkerchief hem and comes with a scrunchie.  It is perfect for Jamaican and West Indian cultural celebrations, school events, or just showing off your heritage in style. Each set comes with a madras plaid skirt with 3-layers and a pixie style handkerchief cut hem.  The madras circle over skirt is 100% cotton and the two under layers of green and yellow are poly-cotton. The hem has an exposed hem look with white threading. The design of the skirt makes it perfect for spinning and twirling. The skirt length has different lengths but the minimum length is the shortest point where the layers , and the longest length is the tip of the handkerchief hem.
