Most of our handmade cotton and polyester clothing can be machine washed on a gentle or normal cycle. Use cold to warm water, avoid bleach (unless the garment is all white), and tumble dry low. A warm iron smooths everything out beautifully.

For Jamaican bandana prints or mixed-color fabrics, we strongly recommend using a color catcher during the first few washes to keep colors vibrant.

No, these items should not go in the washer. Bow ties, hair clips, and hair bows are spot-clean only. Do not soak or immerse them in water.

We primarily use cotton, cotton blends, and polyester fabrics. Our cultural pieces feature authentic Jamaican bandana plaid imported from Jamaica, along with high-quality African wax prints. These fabrics are breathable, durable, and family-friendly.

Whenever possible, we pre-wash or pre-shrink fabrics. Natural fibers like cotton may shrink slightly if washed in hot water or dried on high heat. We wash select pieces in plain water or unscented detergent if the fabric arrives dusty or with strong odors. To extend the life of your outfit, wash in cool water and tumble dry low.

Yes. We design children’s clothing with comfort and safety in mind. Seams are reinforced, fabrics are soft and breathable, and we follow CPSIA requirements to avoid lead in our garments. For kids under 6, we use snaps and hook-and-loop instead of buttons. Accessories like bows and headbands should always be used under adult supervision, and children should not sleep in them.

Yes—each piece is handmade to order with care. Because of this, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase unless your order has already been made or shipped.

Please allow production time in addition to shipping. Typical processing is 3–5 business days for clothing and 2–3 business days for smaller accessories. Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

While we stand behind the quality of our work we acknowledge issues might arise. However, unless damaged, as we are a small handmade shop, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer error. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll be happy to guide you.

We don’t offer full custom orders, but for small adjustments (like waist sizes outside our chart), message us before ordering. We’ll let you know if it’s possible.

We offer a full range of kids’ and adult sizes; from newborn to 3XL. Each product listing includes a size chart, so please review before ordering.

Sometimes, yes. If you need something quickly, contact us before placing your order. We’ll confirm if rush processing or shipping expedited shipping is available. Additional fees will apply.

We don’t offer gift cards or gift wrap, but invoices are never included, so prices stay hidden. You can safely ship directly to your gift recipient.
