The waistband of this skirt is either fully elasticated or a flat front and elasticated at the back of the waistband. See product description for more. The waistband stretches.
Please purchase by size/measurement and NOT age for best fit. Measure from waist to hem to see where skirt length will fall on your child. 

Approximate Sizes for the skirts:

0-6 months : Waist 16 inches, Reg length 7”

6-12 months : Waist 17 inches, Reg length 8”

12-18 months : Waist 18 inches, Reg length 9”

2-3 : Waist 19 inches, Reg length 11.5”

4-5: Waist 20 inches, Reg length 13.5”

6 - 7: Waist 22.5 inches, Reg length 15.5”

8-10 Waist 23.5 inches, Reg length 17.5”

12-14: Waist 24.5 inches, Reg length 20”
