Processing and Shipping
Processing is currently 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Shipping time is additional and estimated as per carrier and given at checkout. Orders with more than 8 items, contact us before ordering, and please add on an extra 3 business days processing.
All items are handmade to order in our North Carolina studio.
Domestic Shipping (Mainland U.S.)
We ship using a mix of USPS and UPS to give you the fastest and most reliable service
Shipping Options:
- USPS Ground Advantage (Economy, 3–5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days)
- UPS Ground (1–5 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
✔ If your order is $70 or more, you’ll automatically receive Free Shipping (estimated 2–5 business days shipping barring carrier delays ).
✔ Paid faster options are still available at checkout.
U.S. Territories & Protectorates (PR, GU, USVI, MP, AS)
These orders ship USPS only due to carrier restrictions.
Available Services:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Express
Please note:
- Transit times to these regions are usually longer than the rest of the U.S.
- UPS does not operate in these locations, so UPS options will not appear at checkout.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All military mail ships USPS Military Mail.
Important Notes:
- UPS does not service APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- USPS transit times range 2–6 weeks, depending on base and region.
- Tracking may update infrequently once the package leaves the U.S.

Delays & Peak Season
Carrier delays may occur during holidays or severe weather.
We do not control carrier transit times once an order has shipped, but we will always help you track your package and provide updates as needed.
Address Accuracy & Lost or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your shipping address.Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a reship fee.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” the carrier considers the order complete. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
We’re here to help with guidance if needed.
There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address or package left unclaimed. If package is sent back to me because of address issues, and buyer refuses to pay shipping to have it resent, it will be considered a forced return and there are no refunds if item is personalized. If non-personalized, items will be refunded less the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
